Common use of Permitted Disclosures by the Investor Clause in Contracts

Permitted Disclosures by the Investor. Notwithstanding the foregoing and subject to any restriction under Law, the Investor shall be entitled to disclose the Financing Terms to any of its Affiliates, employees, agents, advisers or any financing sources on a reasonable-need-to-know basis and in each case only where such Persons are under non-disclosure obligations substantially similar to those set forth in this Section 6; and the Investor shall be entitled to disclose the Financing Terms if (a) such disclosure is required in order to facilitate any assignment or proposed assignment of the whole or any part of the rights or benefits under this Agreement which is permitted under Section 8, and (b) such Person is under non-disclosure obligations substantially similar to those set forth in this Section 6.
