Permitted Disclosures to LPMCL and/or Other Clearing Members. The Trust acknowledges that, the Custodian is a member of the LPMCL, and that from time to time in carrying out its duties and obligations under this Agreement, it may be necessary for the Custodian to disclose to LPMCL and/or other clearing members, details of deposits and/or withdrawals undertaken or to be undertaken on the Trust’s behalf pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, the Trust’s account details and certain other information in order to act in accordance with the Trust’s notices hereunder. Such disclosures may be made by the Custodian for the purposes set out in this clause 6.3.
