Permitted Encumbrance Documents. Borrower shall not permit Mortgage Borrower to amend, restate, supplement or otherwise modify (or consent to any of the foregoing), any Permitted Encumbrance Document without Lender’s prior written consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
