Permitted End Users Clause Samples
The Permitted End Users clause defines who is authorized to access or use a product, service, or software under the agreement. Typically, it specifies categories such as employees, contractors, or specific third parties, and may set limits on the number or type of users allowed. By clearly outlining who qualifies as an end user, this clause helps prevent unauthorized use and ensures compliance with licensing or service terms.
