Permitted Investments Only. All moneys held by the Bank in any of the funds or accounts held and administered by the Bank under this Agreement shall be promptly invested or reinvested by the Bank, at the written or oral request (followed by written instructions) and direction of an Authority Representative, in Permitted Investments only.
