Common use of Permitted Junior Debt and Amendments to Permitted Junior Debt Documents Clause in Contracts

Permitted Junior Debt and Amendments to Permitted Junior Debt Documents. The Borrower will not, and will not permit any Subsidiary to, directly or indirectly voluntarily prepay, defease or in substance defease, purchase, redeem, retire or otherwise acquire, any Permitted Junior Debt or any Debt from time to time outstanding under the Permitted Junior Debt Documents. Furthermore, the Borrower will not, and will not permit any Subsidiary to, amend the Permitted Junior Debt Documents or any document, agreement or instrument evidencing any Debt incurred pursuant to the Permitted Junior Debt Documents (or any replacements, substitutions, extensions or renewals thereof) or pursuant to which such Debt is issued where such amendment, modification or supplement provides for the following or which has any of the following effects:
