Permitted Outputs Clause Samples
The Permitted Outputs clause defines what types of results, data, or deliverables are allowed to be produced or shared under the agreement. It typically specifies the formats, content, or scope of outputs that may be generated, such as reports, analyses, or software, and may set boundaries on how these outputs can be used or distributed. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of what is authorized, thereby preventing disputes over unauthorized use or disclosure of work products.
Permitted Outputs. Licensed Products shall not pass Decrypted Type 2 Audio DT Data, whether in digital or analog form, to an output except as permitted in subsections of this section 3.2.
