Common use of Permitted Projects Clause in Contracts

Permitted Projects. Set forth on Schedule 1.01(C) (as such schedule may be updated from time to time pursuant to the terms of this Agreement) is a detailed description of the budget of the funding requirements and timing of such funding requirements of the Permitted Projects, and such schedule has been prepared on a reasonable basis and in good faith based on assumptions, estimates, methods and tests that are believed by the Loan Parties to be reasonable at the time such schedule was prepared and information believed by the Loan Parties to have been accurate based upon the information available to the Loan Parties at the time such schedule was furnished to the Lenders, and Parent is not aware of any facts or information that would lead it to believe that such schedule is incorrect or misleading in any material respect.
