Permitted Sign Restrictions. In addition to all conditions in the Permitted Sign Approval, Seaview Palms hereby agrees that the Permitted Sign, together with any alterations, improvements, modifications or replacements: (a) shall in no event exceed the approved dimensions in this Agreement and Permitted Sign Approval; and (b) shall be static only, and not contain dynamic displays.
