Permitted Transfer Not Release. No Transfer by any Borrower Party of its Ownership Interests in any other Borrower Party shall release the Borrower Party from liability under this Article, this Agreement or any other Loan Document, unless the Lender shall have approved the Transfer and shall have expressly released the Borrower Party in connection with the Transfer.
