PERMITTED TRANSFEREE IN EVENT OF DEFAULT ON LOAN DOCUMENTS. Any designee of the administrative agent identified in writing after the occurrence of an Event of Default under the Loan Documents shall be a Permitted Transferee of the applicable partnership interests without the necessity of any further consent from any partner.
