A Recipient may only disclose the Provider’s Confidential Information: (a) to its personnel and Affiliates who have a specific need to access it for the purposes of this Agreement and who are made aware of the Recipient’s confidentiality obligations under this Agreement, and who agree to be found by the same confidentiality obligations; (b) as required to comply with a court order, Relevant Law or is in the public domain; or
