Permitted Use; CC&Rs. Subject to T▇▇▇▇▇’s acknowledgment set forth in Paragraph 2.2, the Premises shall be used for the Permitted Use set forth in the Basic Lease Terms and for no other purpose without Landlord’s prior written consent which may be withheld in Landlord’s sole and absolute discretion. T▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that the Premises are subject and this Lease is subordinate to the CC&Rs. Tenant acknowledges receipt of a copy of the CC&Rs and further acknowledges that it has read the CC&Rs and knows the contents thereof. From and after the Reference Date and continuing through the Lease Term, Tenant shall faithfully and timely perform and comply with the CC&Rs and any modification or amendments thereof.
