Permitted Use; Equipment; Location. The uses permitted by the Roof Top License are solely for the following:
(a) install, operate, maintain and use, for the purpose of reception of communication and data signals, (i) one satellite dish and antennae system (with the dish having dimensions not greater than 36 inches by 36 inches) and related roof mount (the “Antenna”) on the open space of the roof of the Building in a location to be designated by Landlord (the “Antenna Roof Area”); and (ii) connections for the Antenna for (x) electrical wiring to the Building’s existing electrical supply and (y) cable or similar connection necessary to connect the Antenna with Tenant’s related equipment located in the Premises; and
(b) install, operate, maintain and use, for the purposes of cooling the Premises, (i) up to four (4) rooftop condensers and related roof mounts (the “Condensers”) on the open space of the roof of the Building in a location to be reasonably designated by Landlord and such area having dimension of not greater than 10 feet by 10 feet (the “Condenser Roof Area”); and (ii) connections for the Condensers for electrical wiring to the Building’s existing electrical supply to connect the Condensers with Tenant’s related equipment located in the Premises. The “Antenna Roof Area” and the “Condenser Roof Area” are sometimes collectively referred to as the “Roof Top Area.” The routes or paths for any wiring and connections shall be through the Building’s existing risers, conduits and shafts, subject to space limitations and Landlord’s reasonable requirements for use of such areas, and in all events subject to Landlord’s reasonable approval of plans and installation pursuant to other provisions of this Article 36 (such routes or paths are collectively referred to as the “Cable Path” and all such electrical and other connections are referred to collectively as “Connections”). The Antenna, the Condensers and the Connections are sometimes collectively referred to as the “Roof Top Equipment.”
Permitted Use; Equipment; Location. The use permitted by the Antenna. License is solely to install, operate, maintain and use, for the purpose of reception and transmission of communication and data signals, the following
(a) one or more satellite antennae and related equipment, and other equipment related to and necessary for the conduct of Tenant’s business in the Premises as may be approved by Landlord, which approval shall not be withheld unless the Disapproval Conditions apply (the “Antennae”), to be located on the open space of the roof of the Building in a location designated by Landlord subject to Tenant’s reasonable approval; and
(b) connections for the Antennae for (i) electrical wiring to the Building’s existing electrical supply and (ii) cable or similar connection necessary to connect the Antennae with Tenant’s related equipment located in the Premises. The routes or paths for such wiring and connections shall be through the Building’s existing risers, conduits and shafts, subject to reasonable space limitations and Landlord’s reasonable requirements for use of such areas, and in all events subject to Landlord’s reasonable approval of plans and installation pursuant to other provisions of this Antenna License, which approval shall not be withheld unless the Disapproval Conditions apply (all such electrical and other connections are referred to collectively as “Antennae Connections”). The Antennae and Antennae Connections are collectively referred to as the “Antennae Equipment”.
Permitted Use; Equipment; Location. The use permitted by the License is solely to install, operate, maintain and use the following:
(a) One (1) satellite dish having a diameter not greater than twenty-four (24) inches ("Satellite Dish") on the space of the roof of the Building in a location reasonably determined by Landlord (the "Dish Roof Area"); and
(b) connections for the Satellite Dish for (i) electrical wiring to the Building's existing electrical supply and (ii) cable or similar connection necessary to connect the Satellite Dish with Tenant's related equipment located in the Premises. The Satellite Dish shall be solely for the purpose of Tenant's and subtenant's use. The routes or paths for such wiring and connections shall be through the Building's existing risers, conduits and shafts, subject to reasonable space limitations and Landlord's reasonable requirements for use of such areas, and in all events subject to Landlord's reasonable approval of plans and installation pursuant to other provisions of this License (such routes or paths are collectively referred to as the "Dish Cable Path" and all such electrical and other connections are referred to collectively as "Dish Connections"). The Satellite Dish and Dish Connections are collectively referred to as the "Dish Equipment."
Permitted Use; Equipment; Location. The use permitted by this license ---------------------------------- is solely to install, operate, maintain and use, for the sole purpose of reception of communication and data signals, the following:
(i) a maximum of two antennas (not more than one (1) Antenna on each Building, respectively housing the Penobscot Space and the Saginaw Space), as defined in Exhibit E hereto (as applicable, the "Antenna" or "Antennas") on the --------- open space of the roof (the "Roof") of the Building in the particular location described on Exhibit E hereto (the "Roof Space"); and ---------
(ii) connections for the Antenna(s) for (x) electrical wiring to the Building's existing electrical supply and (y) cable or similar connection necessary to connect the Antenna(s) with Tenant's related equipment located in the Premises. The routes or paths for such connections shall be through the Building's existing risers, conduits and shafts, subject to reasonable space limitations and Landlord's requirements for use of such areas, and in all events subject to Landlord's approval of location, plans and installation pursuant to other provisions of this License (such routes or paths are collectively referred to as the "Cable Path" and all such electrical and other connections are referred to collectively as "Connections"). The Antenna(s) and Connections are collectively referred to as the "Equipment".
