Common use of Permitted Use of Sublease Premises Clause in Contracts

Permitted Use of Sublease Premises. A. Sublessee’s use of the Sublease Premises shall not differ from, and shall be consistent, with Sublessor’s “Permitted Use” of the Premises, which Permitted Use is defined in Section 1.7 of the Master Lease. Sublessor shall not engage in any activity or use the Sublease Premises in any way that would be inconsistent with or cause Sublessor to be in Exhibit 10.4 violation of the Permitted Use of the Premises as defined in Section 1.7 of the Master Lease.
