Permitted Withdrawals from Collection Account. (a) On each Distribution Date, the Indenture Trustee, at the written direction of the Servicer, shall, in addition to, and prior to, the withdrawals from the Collection Account on such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 5.06(b), make withdrawals from the Collection Account to withdraw any amount not required to be deposited in the Collection Account or deposited therein in error.
