Common use of Permitted Withdrawals from Collection Account Clause in Contracts

Permitted Withdrawals from Collection Account. On each Payment Date, the Indenture Trustee, at the direction of the Master Servicer, shall, in addition to, and prior to, the withdrawals from the Collection Account on such Payment Date pursuant to Section 5.06(b), make the following withdrawals from the Collection Account, for the following purposes: (a) to withdraw any amount not required to be deposited in the Collection Account or deposited therein in error; and (b) to clear and terminate the Collection Account in connection with the termination of this Agreement.
