Common use of Permitted Withdrawals from the Custodial Account Clause in Contracts

Permitted Withdrawals from the Custodial Account. (a) The Master Servicer may, from time to time as provided herein, make withdrawals from the Custodial Account of amounts on deposit therein pursuant to Section 3.07 that are attributable to the Mortgage Loans for the following purposes: (i) to make deposits into the Certificate Account in the amounts and in the manner provided for in Section 4.01; (ii) to reimburse itself or the related Subservicer for previously unreimbursed Advances, Servicing Advances or other expenses made pursuant to Sections 3.01, 3.07(a), 3.08, 3.11, 3.12(a), 3.14 and 4.04 or otherwise reimbursable pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, such withdrawal right being limited to amounts received on the related Mortgage Loans (including, for this purpose, REO Proceeds, Insurance Proceeds, Liquidation Proceeds and proceeds from the purchase of a Mortgage Loan pursuant to Section 2.02, 2.03, 2.04, 4.07 or 9.01) which represent (A) Late Collections of Monthly Payments for which any such advance was made in the case of Subservicer Advances or Advances pursuant to Section 4.04 and (B) recoveries of amounts in respect of which such advances were made in the case of Servicing Advances;
