Permitted Withdrawals with Respect to REO Property. For so long as the Servicer is acting as servicer of any Mortgage Loan relating to any REO Property, the Servicer shall withdraw funds on deposit in the Custodial Account with respect to each related REO Property necessary for the proper operation, management and maintenance of the REO Property, including the cost of maintaining any hazard insurance pursuant to Section 2.10 and the fees of any managing agent acting on behalf of the Servicer. The Servicer shall make monthly distributions on each Remittance Date to the Purchaser of the net cash flow from the REO Property (which shall equal the revenues from such REO Property net of the expenses described in Section 2.17 and of any reserves reasonably required from time to time to be maintained to satisfy anticipated liabilities for such expenses).
