PERMITTING WAIVERS. Because the infrastructure and projects identified in Articles 6 and 7 are for the mutual benefit of the Parties and are consideration for this Settlement Agreement, the Water Rights Owning Parties agree to the following waivers of protests, objections, or opposition in any manner.
