Perpendicular Crossings. All existing utilities shall be fully exposed to confirm that the minimum vertical clearance is achieved if proposed utility is within 24” of depth of existing utility.
Perpendicular Crossings. Within the Pipeline Easement Area, Grantor may install distribution or transmission facilities which cross Grantee’s Pipeline in an approximate perpendicular (90 degree) manner and twenty-four (24) inches of clearance.
