Common use of PERPETUAL ACCESS RIGHTS Clause in Contracts

PERPETUAL ACCESS RIGHTS. The Institutions shall have perpetual access rights to all content in the ACM Digital Library published during the term of this Agreement as well as all ACM DL and other ACM content subscribed to by the Institutions in previous Agreements (“Perpetual Access Content”).
