Common use of Perpetual Cloud Platform Licenses Clause in Contracts

Perpetual Cloud Platform Licenses. In the event the MCE Service incorporates the “Cloud Platform” version of our Products licensed by you on a perpetual license basis, then (i) following the expiration of the MCE Service Term, you will maintain a license to the Products, governed by the Cloud Platform License Terms; and (ii) notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, you will pay annual standard Technical Support Services fees during the MCE Service Term according to the “Technical Support” section of this Agreement. 8. 永久云平台许可。如果 MCE 服务以永久许可形式纳入我们授予您许可的我们产品的“云平台”版本，则(i)在 MCE 服务期限届满后，您将保留产品许可，该许可受云平台许可条款管辖；且(ii)即使本协议有任何相反规定，您仍将根据本协议的“技术支持”条款规定在 MCE 服务期内支付年度标准技术支持服务费用。
