PERSON ACTING ON BEHALF OF TENANT. “Person Acting on Behalf of Tenant" means any person joined in interest 214 with Xxxxxx, or otherwise acting on behalf of Tenant, including but not limited to Xxxxxx’s immediate family, agents, 215 employees, directors, managers, members, officers, owners, partners, incorporators and organizers, as well as any and all 216 corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, trusts or other entities controlled by, affiliated with or owned by Tenant 217 in whole or in part whether created before or after expiration of this Agreement.
