Personal Attention. Contributor represents that Contributor has personally drafted, crafted or produced the Contribution and that the Contribution is a truthful representation of Contributors beliefs, opinions, experiences or other ideas.
Personal Attention. The Contractor shall give its constant personal attention to all the work while it is in progress and shall place the work in charge of a competent and reliable full-time superintendent acceptable to the Consultant and the Fund who shall have authority to act for the Contractor and who shall be accountable to the Consultant to the extent provided in the Contract. Unless the superintendent proves to be unsatisfactory to the Contractor and ceases to be in its employ, such superintendent shall not be changed without the written permission of the Consultant and the Fund.
