PERSONAL AUTOMOBILE LIABILITY INSURANCE. Personal automobile liability coverage (and, if necessary, commercial umbrella liability insurance) with limits no less than $250,000 per accident, $500,000 aggregate, and $100,000 property damage. The insurance coverage limits set forth herein are the minimum. Contractor’s insurance coverage shall be no less than the minimum amounts specified. Coverage in the amounts of these minimum limits, however, shall not be construed to relieve Contractor from liability in excess of such limits. Contractor waives all rights against the State of Washington for the recovery of damages to the extent such damages are covered by any insurance required herein.

PERSONAL AUTOMOBILE LIABILITY INSURANCE. In the event Lessee is or becomes an individual or individuals, insurance covering all vehicles licensed for highway use used by any Lessee Party against any claims of liability of every kind and nature, for bodily injury to, or death of, any person and for damage to the property of any person or legal entity in the Minimum Insurance Amount set forth on the Terms and Definitions.
