Personal Cabinet. 10.1. Personal Cabinet is an online service that provides the Client with access to accounts. Access to the Personal Cabinet is provided after the Client registers on the website of the Forex Company. The Personal Cabinet provides access to opening of accounts, information on open accounts, adding and withdrawal of funds, it records actions related to Transactions performed by the Client, stores the Client’s personal data and uploaded documents, hosts an internal notification service through which the Client can send a message to the Company’s support service, as well as download files of the Forex Terminal for various devices. The Personal Cabinet is closely linked with the Forex Terminal, but it is an independent service and does not provide access to execution of Transactions.

  • Personal/Carer’s Leave a) Personal/carer’s leave is defined in accordance with Section 244 of the Act and includes paid sick leave (accrued under the AFPCS) and paid or unpaid carer’s leave (accrued under the AFPCS). Casual employees shall have no entitlement to paid personal/carer’s leave.
