Personal Days MAIN. ‌ By permission of the Theatre, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, the Artist shall be entitled to use one (1) paid personal day off in each six (6) month period while under contract. The Artist must give the Theatre not less than a one (1) week’s notice of intent to use a personal day. The personal day shall be considered approved unless a sufficient reason exists for denial.
