Personal exchange Clause Samples

A Personal Exchange clause governs the conditions under which individuals involved in an agreement may transfer or share their rights, obligations, or benefits with others on a personal basis. Typically, this clause outlines whether such exchanges are permitted, any restrictions or approvals required, and the process for notifying relevant parties. For example, it may allow an employee to swap shifts with a colleague or permit a member to transfer their membership privileges to a family member. The core function of this clause is to provide flexibility while maintaining control and oversight over who can participate in or benefit from the agreement, thereby preventing unauthorized or disruptive transfers.
