Personal Financial Statements. Xxxxxxxx Investments and Guarantor shall deliver to Bank, within 120 days after the end of each calendar year, combined financial statements including, a balance sheet, with supporting schedules; all in reasonable detail and prepared on a consistent basis with prior financial statements furnished to Bank by Xxxxxxxx Investments and Guarantor. Such statements shall be certified as to their correctness by Guarantor.
