PERSONAL FLOATATION DEVICES. CONCESSIONAIRE agrees that any individual involved in the OPERATION, including, but not limited to: participants, instructors, employees, subcontractors, or volunteers shall wear a Coast Guard-approved type I, II, III or V Personal Flotation Device (PFD) at all times while on or within 10 feet of any waterway where the OPERATION takes place.
