Common use of Personal Health Problems Clause in Contracts

Personal Health Problems. 19-1 Teachers who experience personal health problems such as alcoholism, drug abuse, depression, stress, or similar illness, and who voluntarily seek help for such problems, may be referred, through the Department of Human Resources, to the appropriate health agency or private physician, on a voluntary basis. ▇▇-▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will make available, through the District’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP), a comprehensive listing of self-help programs, mental health centers and other treatment facilities. 19-3 Confidentiality will be respected at all times by District employees.
