Personal Information and Privacy. You represent and warrant that You have obtained all consents and rights necessary to lawfully (a) disclose all personal information disclosed by You or on Your behalf to CT and any CT Related Parties regarding individuals or employees (including, without limitation, Emergency Contacts), and (b) authorize CT and CT Related Parties to use such information to administer this Agreement and perform the Services.
