Personal Insurance for Workers. The CONCESSIONAIRE must comply with hiring and submitting all policies required by laws and regulations on liability and workers insurance in Peru, covering and protecting the life and health of all employees directly related to the purpose of the Agreement, such as: Life Insurance (L.D.688) and Supplemental Work related Risk, Health and Retirement Insurance (Law No. 26790). Such insurance shall be hired considering as a minimum the coverage required by Law.
