Personal Involvement Clause Samples
The Personal Involvement clause requires that a specific individual, often named in the contract, personally participates in or oversees the performance of certain contractual duties. In practice, this means that the party cannot delegate these responsibilities to others without prior approval, ensuring that the agreed-upon expertise or relationship is maintained throughout the contract. This clause is commonly used when a client relies on the unique skills or reputation of a particular person, and it helps ensure that the expected quality and personal attention are delivered as promised.
