PERSONAL LIABILITY OF OWNER. No Owner may exempt itself from personal liability for assessments, nor any part thereof, levied by the Association, nor release the Parcel it owns from the liens and charges of assessments pursuant to this Declaration, by waiving the use and enjoyment of the Common Area and facilities thereof, or by abandonment of its Parcel(s).
