Common use of Personal Liability Clause in Contracts

Personal Liability. The liability of Landlord to Tenant for any default by Landlord under the terms of this Lease shall be limited to the interest of Landlord in the Project and Tenant agrees to look solely to Landlord's interest in the Project for the recovery of any judgment from the Landlord, it being intended that Landlord shall not be personally liable for any judgment or deficiency.

Personal Liability. The liability of Landlord to Tenant for any default by Landlord under the terms of this Lease shall be limited to the interest of Landlord in the Project Building and Property, and Tenant agrees to look solely to Landlord's interest in the Project Building and the Property for the recovery of any judgment from the Landlord, it being intended that Landlord shall not be personally liable for any judgment or deficiency.

Personal Liability. The liability of Landlord to Tenant for any default by Landlord under the terms of this Lease shall be limited to the interest of Landlord in the Project and Tenant agrees to look solely to Landlord's ’s interest in the Project for the recovery of any judgment from the Landlord, it being intended that Landlord shall not be personally liable for any judgment or deficiency.

The liability of Landlord (and any partner, stockholder, officer or director of Landlord) to Tenant for any default by Landlord under the terms of this Lease Agreement shall be limited to the interest of Landlord in the Project Building, and Tenant agrees to look solely to Landlord's interest in the Project Building for the recovery of any judgment from the Landlord, it being intended that Landlord (and any partner, stockholder, officer or director of Landlord) shall not be personally liable for any judgment or deficiency.

The liability of Landlord to Tenant for any default by Landlord under the terms of this Lease shall be limited to the interest of Landlord in the Project and Complex, Tenant agrees to shall look solely to Landlord's interest in the Project Complex for the recovery of any judgment from the Landlord, it being intended that neither Landlord nor any partner or principal of Landlord nor any other property disclosed or undisclosed of such partners or principals shall not be personally liable for any judgment or deficiency.

Personal Liability. The liability of Landlord to Tenant for any default by Landlord under the terms of this Lease shall will be limited to the interest of Landlord in the Project Property, including the sale, property insurance, and condemnation proceeds thereof, and Tenant agrees to look solely to Landlord's ’s interest in the Project Property and such proceeds for the recovery of any judgment from the Landlord, it being intended that Landlord shall will not be personally liable for any judgment or of deficiency.

The liability of Landlord to Tenant for any default by Landlord under the terms of this Lease shall be limited to the interest of Landlord in the Project Premises and Tenant agrees to look solely to Landlord's interest in the Project Premises for the recovery of any judgment from the Landlord, it being intended that neither Landlord nor any member of Landlord shall not be personally liable for any judgment or deficiency.
