Common use of Personal Option Clause in Contracts

Personal Option. The foregoing option to extend is personal to the original Tenant signing the Lease (and its Affiliates and Permitted Transferees), but may not be assigned or transferred to or exercised by any other assignee, sublessee or transferee under a Transfer.
