Personal Property and Sales Taxes. All personal property taxes assessed against the Personal Property through the date of Closing shall be paid by Xxxxxx. All personal property taxes assessed against the Personal Property from and after the date of Closing shall be paid by Purchaser. Purchaser shall pay all sales and use taxes associated with sale of the Personal Property by Seller to Purchaser.
