For governmental subrecipients (24 CFR 85.34) and for non-profit subrecipients (84.36): • The Federal Government reserves a royalty-free, nonexclusive, and irrevocable license to reproduce, publish, or otherwise use and to authorize others to use, for Federal Government purposes: • The copyright to any work developed with CDBG funds. • Any rights of copyright which a subrecipient or a contractor purchases with CDBG support.
