Such beneficial interest shall not be transferable except with the transfer of title to a Lot, provided that an Owner may delegate his right of enjoyment of such personal property (if any) to any resident of his Lot. A transfer of title to a Lot shall transfer to the transferee ownership of the transferor’s beneficial interest in such property in accordance with the purpose for which it is intended, without hindering or encroaching upon the lawful rights of other Owners.
