Common use of Personal Property Left on Termination of Lease Clause in Contracts

Personal Property Left on Termination of Lease. Any personal property belonging to Xxxxxx, other household members or guests, which is not removed from the leased premises and from LHA’s property following the termination of the lease and departure of Tenant, shall be treated as abandoned and may be disposed of by LHA. Tenant shall be responsible for and shall reimburse LHA for costs for moving, storage and disposal of personal property following termination of this lease.
