Common use of Personal Property Provided by the Government Clause in Contracts

Personal Property Provided by the Government. The Director may provide certain items of government personal property, including without limitation removable equipment, furniture and goods, for the Concessioner's use in the performance of this Contract. The Director hereby assigns government personal property listed in Exhibit E to the Concessioner as of the effective date of this Contract. This Exhibit E will be modified from time to time by the Director as items may be withdrawn or additional items added. The Concessioner shall be accountable to the Director for the government personal property assigned to it and shall be responsible for maintaining the property as necessary to keep it in good and operable condition. If the property ceases to be serviceable, it shall be returned to the Director for disposition.
