PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES AND SUCCESSORS IN TITLE. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure for the benefit of each Party’s personal representatives and successors in title. This includes any successor to any Shares in the Company transferred in accordance with this Agreement or the Articles. No Party shall assign this Agreement without the written consent of the other Party.
