Personal Skills. It is agreed by both X and Consultant that this Agreement relies upon the particular skills possessed by Consultant and that the work assigned to Consultant relies upon those specific skills possessed by Consultant. Therefore, unless otherwise approved by X, any attempt by Consultant to sell, assign or otherwise transfer to a third party any of Consultant’s obligations under this Agreement, and any Work Order as may be attached, shall be deemed a termination of this Agreement by Consultant under Section V of this Agreement.
