Personal Web Space. (i) selling or distributing products or services that are unlawful;
(ii) illegal posting of content intended to commit slander or libel against another person;
(iii) illegal posting of scandalous, threatening, harassing or private information without consent of the person, persons or organizations involved;
(iv) posting content of a nature that is obscene, lewd, lascivious, violent, harassing or objectionable; or
(v) introducing harmful code and/or viruses on the Internet.
Personal Web Space. PWS") AND FRONTIER BACKUP & STORAGE ("STORAGE SERVICES").
a) If you breach this Agreement, we reserve the right immediately to suspend or terminate your Service and/or an Additional Service(s) with or without notice. In such case, you agree that we may immediately delete all data, files, and other content stored on your Storage Services, including archived data, without further notice to you. It is your responsibility to remove or copy any content stored on the Storage Services prior to closure of your account; otherwise, it may be lost.
b) Frontier reserves the right to access your PWS or Storage Service account at any time with or without prior notice to you and to disable access to or remove content which in our sole discretion is or reasonably could be deemed unlawful.
c) Use Requirements for Free Storage Services Accounts ("Free Account"). If you sign up for a Free Account, you must actively use it. To "actively use" your account means to upload, download, backup or restore content to it. In the event you do not use your Free Account for a period of sixty (60) calendar days or more, then Frontier reserves the right to cancel your Free Account. We will provide notice of cancellation by email to your primary ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ email address. Use of your Free Account within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of your cancellation notice will prevent cancellation of your Free Account. It is your responsibility to remove or copy any content in your Free Account prior to cancellation or termination; otherwise, it will be lost. Frontier may, at its election, also delete archived data.
Personal Web Space. 8.1 Personal Web Space (“PWS”) may be made available to you as an optional feature of the Service.
8.2 Additional terms and conditions applicable to PWS are covered in the RANGE Internet Services Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”). In the event of a breach by you of the terms and conditions applicable to PWS, RANGE has the right to immediately terminate your PWS without notice. RANGE has the right to delete all data, files, and other information stored on or for your PWS.
Personal Web Space. Each subscriber may have up to 5Mb of personal web space on our web-hosting servers for personal web pages. This personal web space is not automatically assigned for each subscriber. personal web space is only assigned by individual request from the subscriber. OR Client will provide subscriber personal web space and give Provider sufficient administrative access to activate personal web space for subscribers, and to allow Provider's technical support and customer service staff to make additions, changes and deletions as required to support subscribers.
