Personality Profiles. In the context of relationship or team building in the work unit, employees may be asked to voluntarily participate in personality profiling. Such profile will be returned only to the employee, who may or may not choose to discuss the results. Profile information will not be placed in employee personnel file(s). There will be no ramifications in employment matters for either participation or non-participation in personality profiling.
