Personally Identifiable Data. All Confidential Information containing personal identifiable data shall be handled in accordance with all applicable data protection and privacy laws, rules and regulations applicable to such Party.
Personally Identifiable Data. Vendor agrees that it shall not provide to RTI any personally identifiable data for any person who is a study subject. All data and Results, defined in Section 11, submitted to RTI by Vendor shall be in non- identifiable or aggregate form as set forth in the Purchase Order.

To the extent that Vendor will process or deliver to RTI Personal Data originating outside the United States, Vendor shall comply with Appendix A.

Each Party shall process all Confidential Information containing personally identifiable data or personal data that it receives from the other Party in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws, rules and regulations to the extent the foregoing are applicable to such data.

Each Party shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to process all Confidential Information containing personally-identifiable data or personal data that it receives from the other Party in material compliance with the Personal Information Security Specification of PRC to the extent applicable. The GDPR Agreement governing each Party’s personal data processing activities under this Agreement subject to GDPR is appended hereto as Exhibit E and may be amended from time to time to ensure compliance with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.
Personally Identifiable Data. The Seller shall have provided to the Purchaser a true and correct copy of the Personally-Identifiable Data, and a report listing each customer, by year of last purchase and the approximate number of catalogs mailed, reported on an annual basis for the periods of time that such information is reported, it being understood that the information in such report may be up to eight days old when the report is delivered.

The Seller shall have provided to the Purchaser a true and correct copy of the Personally-Identifiable Data; provided, however, that, at Seller's option, the Seller may provide to the Purchaser a true and correct copy of the Personally-Identifiable Data after the Closing; and, provided further, that such Data must be delivered to the Purchaser no more than 30 days after the Closing.

Reseller consents to the collection, processing and international transfer of data and information related to the business relationship between it and Connect 24, including the transfer of personally identifiable data (for example names, email addresses, telephone numbers) to and between Connect 24 and its Affiliates wherever they may be located, for the purposes of allowing Connect 24 and its Affiliates to evaluate Reseller’s experience and qualifications and implement any business. Reseller has the right to: (i) request access to this data; (ii) rectify or cancel any inaccurate or expired data; and (iii) object to any processing that does not conform to these purposes. Reseller may exercise its rights by writing to Connect 24 at XxxxXxxxxx@Xxxx.xxx or to such other location as Connect 24 may designate. The alarm dealer with whom End User has contracted (the "Alarm Service Provider") is selling one or more services offered by Connect 24 Wireless Communications, Inc. ("CONNECT 24") to enable communications with intrusion and other equipment at End User’s premises, which may include the transport of alarm signals from End User's premises to a monitoring station and other communications and interaction with such equipment via a cellular communications network. These communications utilize a proprietary cellular technology known as the “Service". CONNECT 24 makes the Service available to End Users by contracting with a cellular service provider operating cellular networks covering the location of the End User's premises ("Associated Cellular Carrier"). CONNECT 24 and the Associated Cellular Carrier are collectively referred to herein as the “Providers". End User acknowledges and agrees that End User's contractual relationship is with the Alarm Service Provider and not with any of the Providers, and that the Service is provided by the Providers without warranty and subject to the following limitations.
(i) END USER HAS NO CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP WITH THE UNDERLYING WIRELESS SERVICE CARRIER AND END USER IS NOT A THIRD PARTY BENEFICIARY OF ANY AGREEMENT BETWEEN CONNECT 24 AND UNDERLYING CARRIER. END USER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT THE UNDERLYING CARRIER SHALL HAVE NO LEGAL, EQUITABLE, OR OTHER LIABILITY OF ANY KIND TO END USER. IN ANY EVENT, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY IN TORT OR OTHERWISE, END USER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR CLAIMS ARISING IN ANY WAY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT...
