Personally Identifiable Data. Vendor agrees that it shall not provide to RTI any personally identifiable data for any person who is a study subject. All data and Results, defined in Section 11, submitted to RTI by Vendor shall be in non- identifiable or aggregate form as set forth in the Purchase Order.
