Common use of Persons Benefiting Clause in Contracts

Persons Benefiting. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Company, the Warrant Agent and their respective successors and assigns, and the Registered Owners and beneficial owners from time to time of the Warrant Certificates. Nothing in this Agreement is intended or shall be construed to confer on any other person any right, remedy or claim or to impose on any other person any duty, liability or obligation.

Persons Benefiting. This Warrant Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Company, the Warrant Agent Company and their respective its successors and assigns, and the Registered Owners each registered Warrant Holder, and beneficial owners from time to time of the Warrant Certificatestheir respective successors, beneficiaries, executors and administrators. Nothing in this Warrant Agreement is intended or shall be construed to confer on upon any person, other person than the Company, and the Warrant Holders, any right, remedy or claim under or to impose on by reason of this Warrant Agreement or any other person any duty, liability or obligationpart hereof.
