Common use of Persons Benefiting Clause in Contracts

Persons Benefiting. This Warrant shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Company, and its respective successors and assigns, and the Holder, from time to time, of the Warrant. Nothing in this Warrant is intended or shall be construed to confer upon any Person, other than the Company, and the Holder of the Warrant any right, remedy or claim under or by reason of this Warrant or any part hereof.
